Overview

TriEst Ag Group is hiring a Machinist to join our Metcore Industrial manufacturing team in Williamston, NC.

If you have machining or manufacturing experience, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in producing quality parts, we'd like to hear from you. This first-shift position offers a four-day work week in a clean manufacturing environment where safety, teamwork, and quality are top priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual and CNC machining equipment to manufacture quality parts.
• Read blueprints, work orders, and production specifications.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
• Perform machine setup and make routine adjustments as needed.
• Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous machining experience required.  Manufacturing experience with transferrable machining skills will also be considered.
• Previous experience operating a vertical knee mill and/or lathe required.
• Experience operating CNC equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable work habits.
