The TriEst Ag Group Internship Program gives students and recent graduates the opportunity to turn what they are learning into meaningful, real-world experience. Internship opportunities may be available at our locations in Greenville, NC; Darlington, SC; Tifton, GA; and Palmetto, FL, across a variety of departments and areas of study. Throughout the summer, interns will have opportunities to learn, build professional relationships, explore different areas of the company, and better understand where their skills and interests may lead them after graduation.
Program Structure
Interns will spend the majority of their time working within their assigned department and location, gaining practical experience and contributing to meaningful work and projects. Throughout the program, interns will also have opportunities for site visits, professional development, networking, and exposure to other areas of the company to help them gain a broader understanding of TriEst Ag Group and the agricultural industry.
Duration and Schedule
The program runs for approximately 10 weeks during the summer. Interns are expected to work 30–40 hours per week and will be assigned to a TriEst Ag Group location based on available internship opportunities, their area of interest, and business needs.
Some travel to other TriEst locations, company facilities, events, or program activities may be required during the internship.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be currently enrolled in a college or university degree program or have recently graduated. Internship opportunities may be available across a variety of academic disciplines depending on departmental and business needs. We are looking for motivated students who are eager to learn, contribute, and gain meaningful professional experience.
Housing
Interns who require temporary housing in order to complete their internship may be eligible for a housing allowance to assist with housing expenses. Additional details regarding the housing allowance will be provided to eligible interns.
Compensation
Interns will be paid an hourly wage for the duration of the program.
Travel
Interns are responsible for transportation to and from their assigned work location and for their normal daily commute. Travel required as part of the internship outside of the intern's assigned work location will be covered or reimbursed by the Company in accordance with Company travel policies.
Additional Benefits
Interns will have opportunities to participate in company events, professional development activities, networking opportunities, and career-readiness programming. They will also have the opportunity to connect with professionals throughout TriEst Ag Group and learn more about potential career paths within the organization.
