Key Responsibilities

• Support daily production and operational activities
• Assist with troubleshooting and maintaining equipment
• Follow safety protocols and participate in Emergency Response Team (ERT) activities
• Maintain organized and efficient work areas using 5S principles
• Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives
• Accurately complete documentation and reports
• Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership

Required Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical, background check, and drug screen
• Basic computer skills (data entry, email, production tracking systems)
• Mechanical experience and comfort working with tools and equipment
• Experience serving on an Emergency Response Team (ERT) preferred
• Familiarity with TPM and 5S principles
• Strong verbal and written comprehension skills
• Demonstrated leadership experience or ability to guide peers
• Highly motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
• Willingness to work overtime (as needed)
